Grievance and Arbitration Update 5/16/18

DLC – On April 23, 2018 the company settled a grievance (CSR 10-day suspension from Oct 2016) that was scheduled for an arbitration hearing on May 23rd. The company paid the grievant 10 days of lost wages and removed the letter from her file.  
 
DLC – The company settled a year-old grievance that involved travel time from Woods Run to Seymour st for 2 members one received $6260.00 and the other member received $6354.00.
 
DLC – The company settled a grievance involving the Auto Parts Supplier 4.1 and Auto Parts Stocker 6.0 by raising the Auto Parts Supplier to the step 6.0 rate. Two members received pay rate increases from $31.98 to $34.23.
 
We currently have 3 grievances that we have arbitration dates for;
 
NRG – June 27, 2018…..LTD grievance
DLC -  July 19, 2018…….FMLA  grievance
DLC – October 17, 2018…. Termination grievance
 
We have several other termination grievances that we are evaluating for arbitration along with a few contractual issues at DLC.
