Honoring Those Who Served

Monday, November 11, 2019
I would like to thank all of our veterans both past and present for their service to our country and fighting for freedom around the world. I also want to thank their families for the sacrifice that they make while those men and women are away from home. I also would like to send a special thanks to the men and women who were injured or worse yet gave their life protecting us and our freedom, it's a
sacrifice I wish no one had to make.

The IBEW has started a Veterans Committee which is comprised of veterans from locals within the 3 rd district (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware). Our local has participated by sending veteran Darryl Honick who is a steward and lineman at the Penn Hills garage, the committee has met once, and they have another meeting planned for December 5 th . Darryl will update us and will need the support of all veterans and members to make this committee successful.

Thanks again to all veterans and their families for your service.

Business Manager,
Kenn Bradley
